HOWEVER THE TIME SLOT YOU RECEIVED IS NOT FINAL, INSTEAD, IT IS JUST TO CONFIRM THE DAY, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SEPARATE EMAIL STATING YOUR ARRIVAL TIME AT THE CLINIC, WHICH WOULD EITHER BE 7:30 AM, 11:00 AM or 3:00 PM.

2. Please make sure that you get an appointment for EACH APPLICANT (you must use a different email address for each applicant) – this online booking system is designed as a ONE-SLOT PER APPLICANT system.

3. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOREIGN BANK TRANSFERS. WE ALSO DO NOT ACCEPT REMITTANCES FROM BOTH FOREIGN AND LOCAL MONEY TRANSFER AGENCIES. Acceptable forms of payment are (1) BDO. Please see payment methods in our main webpage.

4. ALWAYS FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES. ANY WILLFUL DISHONESTY MAY RENDER THE REFUSAL OF YOUR APPLICATON.
